Stu - I'm glad ypu had a good time while visiting Tunica. I'm sure you went through a little culture shock!! I know I did when moving down here from New Jersey three years ago. The one thing you have to remember, is that 14 short years ago Tunica County was one of the poorest counties in the country!! This is a HUGH change to the local workforce. Cotton fields wre once on top of those casinos not to long ago. Slowly Tunica is coming into there own. I do agree that the dealers have a lot to learn but I think the gambling experience is a lot less formal (for lack of a better word) than AC or Vegas. I for one like that about Tunica. Thanks for the compliment on the food. I'm a Chef who works in one of the casinos and it is always nice to hear compliments about the region. Come see us again soon.
