IMHO he is presently only 1/2 step ahead of the creditors in A/C.

It has been suggested that he may have to give up control of the A/C properties to the banks in exchange for a 400 million cash boost into modernizing the properties.

With Borgata in town and the percentage of business they have taken away from all the properties in town, Trump is barely making the bond payments.

If the properties weren't so heavily leveraged with debt it would be a different story.
It is my understanding that in this economy of cheap money, some of the Trump Marina's bonds are still paying in excess of 12%

It would be interesting to see where he would get the money.

You might also have read that he is supposed to build another casino in French Lick Indiana.

I suppose it's wait and see.
