Actually, that is his 2nd best event. He moved from 17th to 4th in that event the same day as the picture was taken and earned a Division 1 time.

BTW, did you hear about the blonde that joined the swim team? Her first event was the 50 meter breast stroke and she came in dead last. After she finally made it across the pool, she walked up to one of the stroke judges and said, "I don't mean to complain, but those other girls were using their arms."
