Which chip is the older chip?

I recently received the two chips below in a very nice trade (thanks again!). I realized that the two chips are different, and I went on the Chip Guide to determine which was the older chip. I have my ideas, but I am not sure. Here are the difference between the chips:

Left chip: The coin color is darker and the indentations looked filled in (obviously due to patina, but both chips clearly have patina, but look very different). On the outside ring, the inner design and the outer design are offset. That is, they are not aligned. The words "Colorado Belle" are centered on the outer design.

Right chip: The coin color is more yellow and the indentations are the same exact color. On the outside ring, the inner and outer designs are aligned. The words "Colorado Belle" are centered on the space between the outer designs.

So, which one is the older chip?
