Charity Auction

I’m a very proud uncle. My nephew, Trey, is 23 years old, married to a lovely woman, a great father, a firefighter and all around wonderful human being. His three-year-old daughter was involved in a terrible golf cart accident about two months ago. The cart flipped over and landed on top of her. She was the only one seriously injured in the accident. She sustained massive head trauma in the accident and was in the hospital six weeks. She had numerous surgeries and still has more to go. Trey and his wife never left her side. They spent every night on an air mattress in her room.
Trey has good insurance but he still owes a hefty chunk of money. My sister tells me he owes into the tens of thousands. He had some vacation time, but not that much. The accident happened at the home of his preacher. The preacher was also the owner and driver of the golf cart. He clearly had to many people on the cart. I told Trey I’m sure his preacher has insurance that would pay if he sued him. Trey said under no circumstances would he sue. He said even if his preacher asked him to, he would not. I don’t agree, but this is his decision.
This chip was a free gift to me several years ago. I want to give any proceeds I can get from it to my nephew. If he will not take it, I’ll just buy my great-niece some necessities. I will accept any email bid over $100 until 9:00 P.M. tonight CST. Highest bidder wins. Thanks!
