Thank you Jim - you are exactly right, although I really cant understand the point of Norm's posts either way. I was a railhead for quite some time. Inaugural run of the TGV prototype from Paris Gare De Lyon to Lyon was another. Crikey thats a few years ago - two of us had to skip school for 2 days - must have been around 1976.
