Well, let's see. He is a seller of AC chips and I am a buyer of AC chips. Nope, can't see any reason at all he would want anything to do with me. He will simply get less money on potentially every AC chip auction because I can't bid.

I kinda thought the sellers on ebay were trying to get the best price possible. Hmph, my mistake.
