Yes, you are correct in "that" scenario except....

1) Your cost would also include the bubble envelope and probably delivery confirmation to protect both parties.

2) We don't "Keep" the shipping. It is "Spent" on the bubble envelope and postage, delivery confirmation etc. Plus, we seldom ever have someone buy so little, but they certainly could and in that case your example is correct.

Now the same would hold true if someone bought 100 - $1 chips from us(say 50 from the LVC and 50 from the Plaza), which happened on a recent trip. Had that person returned the chips they would have gotten back all their money less the $4.00 shipping.

They were very satisfied with the purchase and didn't return a one of them. In two years of this service, we have never had a single item returned as we don't send what we wouldn't keep for ourselves and we service some of the most notable members of the club. Each of whom always has the option of posting detrimental words about us.

Yet to happen and hopefully knock on wood we will keep our customers satisfied as we try very hard.

Nonetheless your example is correct and our money back guarantee, less shipping, is probably why we have so many orders. Not everyone is willing to pick up items BEFORE the money is sent by the buyers AND offers such a guarantee.
