Re: Chips in Strange Places
In Response To: Chips in Strange Places ()

Jeff Arend picked up sponsorship for his campaigning a fuel Funny Car on the NHRA tour beginning at the first of two tour events in Las Vegas earlier this year. Apparently someone on the team took a walk through GGS that weekend. They've had custom chips made to give away to racing fans beginning with the NHRA event in Topeka in May. CMCX is a mining company that specializes in diamond mining, and they have stepped up their sponsorship participation in drag racing over the last few weeks. That's why Connie Cohen is on the reverse side of the chip.

...wish I would have known you were gonna be at the Mile-Highs Ted. I was in the tower all weekend!

Bob grin (yes, I have some of the Mile-High chips as well as the Topeka chips, but they're not for sale or trade)
