as well as those who sent me personal email messages with their regrets as to what happened in my latest $1 round robin. I do appreciate your taking the time and effort to do so.

Many of you posted or emailed suggestions that might help to eliminate these problems for future round robins from occuring again. They will be considered should I decide to do another RR but, if people didn't follow the original rules that were included in the package of chips what makes you think that they'll abide by any new ones?

Several people have asked me to post the names of the people who were in this particular RR. I will not do that!!! Why persecute the innocent people who did what they were supposed to do? I wouldn't like for my name to be posted if I was in a RR that had problems and I know that the people who were in this one wouldn't want their name posted either.

This was a learning experience for me. I was sorry when I read Charles Kaplan's post about the problems he had and little did I know it was going to happen to me.

Several people said they want to send me chips to make up for what happened even though they weren't in the RR in question. Thank you very much but please do not do that. I do appreciate your very generous offers but I just wouldn't feel right about accepting them. This is something that has to be resolved between the guilty party and myself. I'm hoping that he or she will contact me personally about this so the problem can be rectified.

My only wish/hope is that other people who run round robins and/or shotguns will consider some of the suggestions that were posted on this Board in hopes that their endeavors will be successful with no problems associated with it.

In my opinion, the majority of the people who collect chips, strikes, or any other casino-related items are really wonderful and they more than make up for the bad ones that unfortunately you sometimes come in contact with.
