Hmmmm...interesting theory. I think it's the martingale system that says if you double your bet every time, eventually you will win...though you may have to risk thousands to make a dollar. BUT, I'm sure there's games that have a rake (or vig or something ?) that would take your dollar "profit. However, if you stuck with blackjack it should work. I'll say true.
