My guess is there are a number of the CC plaques out there. Each will have a different name of a CC executive. Companies make these things quite often. TI, Golden Nugget, Sam's Town and Palms are some that I know have done it in the last few months. We will do it again in Nov.
IMO its a nice collectable but the only thing unique about it is Pennington's name on it.
Below is a real nice Palms SS piece just given to executives. I will have my name put on it when I get time. It will then be unique.
