Actually I was refering to all taxes not just gambling winnings. What I was trying to say Humourously (but apparently it didn't work) was that the tax code, tax regs, tax forms, tax instructions are all such a mess that ordinary people (even lawyers) can't tell what is going on so we should all just ignore the whole thing until they get their act together.
