Hey Dennis -
There was a set of chips that are numbered (reverse side) and was sold in a black tube (looks like a photo film tube). Two add-on chips where sold in subsequent years (Popwell, Moore). These were numbers ONE on the reverse.

A few years later they inducted additional members into the Poker HOF and added 3 more chips - Berman, Chan (both BJ $5 instead of the oversized) and this year was Johnston ($2 Paulson).
