The condition of the chip is the Question. If your looking for an obsolete chip the better the condition the more it will Sell for. Some collectors only want a mint chip so the price is more than a used one.Its certanly harder to find an old chip with sharp edges and no nicks. The price guides are just guides. Some chips you can buy well below book and others you will spend more. The chips I need I usually have to pay more because there aren't may to be had. EBay is a great place to find stuff but if its a tough chip everybody will bid something and who ever wants it the most will usually pay near book. For eBay you need 2 people who want the same chip and the one who wants it most will be the winner. One more thing. I see you collect AC chips. Have you been to any of our club meetings? They are in Atlantic city every other month. The next one is on July 18th at the Sands hotel. You should try to make it. It is cheap to become a member.
