I obviously misunderstood the message you were trying to convey. I didn't see your post as you intended -- as a response to somebody literally contemplating the use of nuclear weapons. Since I hadn't seen anybody post anything regarding the use of nuclear weapons (what did I miss?), I ASSumed you were using the term "nuke" to describe any anger at, or desire to retailiate against, the scum that are doing the beheading.

I wholeheartedly agree that I cannot forsee any circumstance where we would, or should, pre-emptively use nuclear weapons. And, now I also understand, and agree with, John Benedict's post.
