It is still a wonderful reference tool. I can't imagine how much work went into TCR #10 for just ONE State, but can you imagine the amount of research that will have to go into a book that covers the WORLD
Maybe the authors will do a newer version as soon as they can find a staff of kind hearted Chippers to help them gratis. I know I would be happy to help if only asked.
