Both Alex and Pam are correct. After discussing it with a very limited number of collectors that had the chip, we decided on (X*). The asteric means that it is merely an estimate as we weren't sure of the number of chips. We know that there are about 25-30 of the $25 DOTS but they are all worn. The $5 is in much better condition and easily read. The 25's have to be held up to light as the gold foil is gone from the hot stamp. Now that we know that more 5's have and will surface, the value will come down. We have a year or two to establish a new value for TCR-11. Why does it always happen that new finds appear only a few weeks after the new TCR? vbg
