the Harley shop on W. Flamingo has them. That shop is part of the main store on Eastern, so the Eastern store should have them. I believe the Harley merchandise store in the Rio is owned by the same people, but I do not know if they have the chips.

I am also at a loss regarding the Strip located Harley Davidson Cafe.
