Playing at Turning Stone I found a roller coaster ride on 1 & 5 7 Stud; up $180 on two days two weeks ago; barely broke even last week; this week, on Monday I opened the game with a first hand club roayal (and no there are no benefits for high hand, drat it) bringing in a net of $24; and ended up $14 winner with mostly little hands; then yestereday with huge hands, got blasted; out $105 including my last hand when I had 3 kings on 4th street, bet the house and lost when a fellow drew inside on 5th street and I couldn't hit a live card. Today, no good hands and ended up $26 winner after 2 hours of quiet play. Go figure. It's a good thing I'm cheap and don't play in the big boys and girls games.
