My wife and I are planning our trip to what she refers to as "The Chippie Convention".

We're looking for some restaurant ideas for both daytime and evening dining. We like all kinds of food and don't get a chance to visit nice restaurants very often, so we like to try different ones when we can. Quality of food, atmosphere and adventurous dishes are more important than cost. And, we'll have a car this time, so it doesn't have to be something on the Strip.
