I wasn't a new monitor just a different one. I think I have it located to the wireless network adapter. When I remove the adapter the problem seems to go away. I have downloaded new adapter drivers and gone thru the network setup again. It seems to have helped the problem but it will take a few days to make sure. Thanks for everyones help!
