I've shown the El Rancho hotel in Fresno on the bb before. Here is a match from the El Rancho in Sacramento as well. Notice they all use the same windmill logo. Anderson's ashtray book says all were owned by Thomas Hull. So who is Lloyd Hickey???

Interesting that the El Rancho in Sacramento had a "casino" with 24-hour poker.
