A chipper goes to the convention with $100 in cash. (At least that's what he tells his
wife.) He has to buy exactly 100 souvenirs. There are chips, tokens and dice for sale. A chip costs $15, a token is $1 and a pair of dice costs $0.25. He has to buy at least one of each item and has to spend exactly ALL of his money.
