Today's selection is an ODD denomination (three dollar) bill, spurred from the ODD denomination chip thread and just because it's summer time it comes from the tropical South Pacific, Cook Islands located north east of New Zealand consisting of 15 islands. It features Ina and the Shark on the front and was issued in 1987.

.... Below today's note is a picture of me speaking to the local 5th grade on currency. You can see the corner of a 12' silde show of banknote images on the wall, a large black light and a white light for veiwing hidden images. I spoke all day to 250+ students, who listened intently and later I gave away 800 banknotes to the students for 'seed' on their new collections. The kids have as much fun as I do!
