Update on Jinhu from months ago

Hi,

For those of you who remember this JInHu plaque from a few months ago that I was trying to identify I finnally found out where it from from.
From 2001:

Triads gamble on wrong boat

"Hong Kong police raided a gambling boat in the harbor last week, aresting 100 men said to belong to a triad or chinese gang. According to Tsang Wai-Hung, chief superintendent to the police's organised crime and triad bureau, 140 police officers stormed the boat Jin Hu which is sometimes used as a floating casino. Tsang said that thoses arrested were belived to belong to be ring leaders and senior officials of the Shui Gong Triad, one of the boat active gangs in Hong Kong. It was belived that the triad was meeting to appoint a new leader. Poice belive that they have enough evidence to charge at least 15 suspects with triad activities having confiscated mobile phones, pagers, bank books, documents and costumes belived to be used for the leader appointing ritual, According to Tsang, Triad related crimes in Hong Kong have declined over the last decade because of police action"

As the plaque was identified as being made by abbiati, youve got to wonder why they would risk there reputation and sell to chinese organised crime?
