... was my first inquiry after I was appointed the club's claims director. The inquiry was simplified by Larry's guilty plea in the criminal case which resulted from his theft. His expulsion from the club was, IMO, a foregone conclusion once that plea was entered.

It is also my opinion that he was fortunate not to have been sent to jail or prison for what he did. Obviously, I cannot speak for the club's BOD, but it is difficult for me personally to conceive of any basis upon which he should be reinstated as a club member.
