Which raises a question...can a ban be modified
to a suspension?...it depends!!...In a case like
this it appears that a respective punishment had
been accepted and a restitution was evident. IMO
a recommendation can be made by the BOD pro or con
and put to a vote by the general membership...the
re-establishment of that members overall credibility is another burden incumbent on the
accused individual...a hard nut to crack but if
the guy can get thru all of that, a second chance
"would" be in order..if there had been no attempt
of reconciliation between the parties the outright
ban would stand....All in my opinion.
