HELP................ Last week I received my new Dell computer (XP), and have managed to screw things up already. I attempted to install Office 97 because I use Access for my chip collection, but it changed my email settings from Outlook Express to Microsoft Outlook.

When I right click on IE6- properties/programs, there is nothing in the box marked "e-mail", so I can't send or receive. At this window, I can't include Outlook, or anything else. The only way I can get email is through my ISP............

I have been on the phone to Dell and Microsoft for about a week now, but there seems to be some kind of communication problem.
