I am not a lawyer, the difference between one you pay 10-20K for and me is not noticable. Being able to litigate Pro Se, unfortunately, is a much-needed skill today. It's come in handy on several occasions.
P.S. - Defamation has several kinds of damages and not to be insulting, but it gets rather involved. I quess I am kinda slow and would not understand, being from the South an all Usually, but not always you have to show damages; however, there is Slander Per Se, a different animal alltogether.

Personal litigation is way different than business litigation - a company's money and your are two different things.

Defamation of a PC BB is the same as anywahere else, except you are subject to juridiction in far away places. Calder v Jones.
