I bought a carton of the good Cowan 30-pocket chip pages, punched for a 3-ring binder. I have more than I need and you can have some at the price I paid... 50c each. Retail is about 70c. Also have a few of the 20 pocket and 12 pocket pages if you would like to mix sizes.

I've used these for about 10 years and they are the best quality I've found. Thicker that some other brands and lie flatter in the binder. They will eventually tear if you do a lot of moving around of your chips but I find I get 2-3 years of service from them. No plastic flip or cardboard holder required with these vinyl pages.
