This chip was produced for Bronco Billy's in Black Hawk. The casino was open from 1 November 1992 to 31 January 1998. I am not too sure, but I don't think this chip was released in the casino. It is not a really scarce chip but collector demand keeps this chip at a higher price level than the other chips of this set.

This chip is what makes collecting Colorado chips fun. You won't find chips like this one in Nevada. The stuffy old men who design and approve chips in Nevada would never allow this one to be made. (Gee, I hope I am not stepping on anyone's toes. lol) This is a fun chip to have in your collection and if you get a chance to pick one up at a reasonable price you should do it.
