I don't know if this is helpful or not. Does NJ still have officials from the Casino Control Commission on staff at all times at each property? Could they have lodged a complaint with them?

It is a sad but true fact that there are scammers that hang out in some busy casinos that prey on innocent victims. But a casino in my opinion is not responsible for their actions. Most casinos will try to protect the guest to the best of their abilities, but that does not mean that they will always catch a thief.

The most current scam that we run into where I work is thiefs that take TITO tickets from guests while the guest is being distracted. We have caught a couple of these people.
