Of course it does, and I collect all such chips avidly. All the LE chips released for the Derby, however generic, are Derby chips. And that one, which includes the "Run for the Roses" slogan isn't very generic. Quite a cool chip.

That chip might actually be a gray area of whether or not it needed any special permission from anyone upon release. If Churchill has any trademark on the "Run for the Roses" slogan, then they would have to have released the rights to use it. But I doubt it. Probably not an "official" Derby chip, but an especially cool generic, IMO.
