Vic, you don't deserve any love. You grossly overcharged me on postage, and you explicitly admitted you were doing that to recover your costs in obtaining the chips, and not to apply to any actual postage or shipping costs.

I'm happy to hear you've "changed your evil ways," and that I might have helped persuade you to do that. You haven't sold anything on eBay in months. You refused to combine shippingon an order which you easily could have, while you accepted combined shipping as a buyer from other sellers. That's supreme hypocrisy. I've made the conjecture (not intended as a statement of fact, but a reasonable guess) that you were nothing more than a degenerate gambler, having hit bottom, and trying to recover by a series of minor swindles against people who would be your customers. Them's fightin' words where I come from, but perhaps your honor is not worth any response to those charges. Indeed, you sold out your integrity for only about ten bucks - by refusing to make good on a clear swindle of yours, you've earned your "stellar reputation" which you enjoy on this board. As such, you are NOT welcomed back into the fold, any more than you would be welcomed back into the local club you got booted out of, or into the CC>SS which you frankly don't qualify for.
