I too share Jerry's experiences in harvesting roulette chips. I don't personally know of any "roulette harvester" who has tried to re-introduce chips back into a roulette game at a higher value.... which would be a serious fraud issue.

I've even had roulettes offered to me by dealers and pit bosses on occassion at the minimum value as they knew I was a chip collector. I've sometimes asked to purchase chip for my collection from roulette tables and have been granted my request. Eddie's Fabulous 50's in Reno comes to mind.

I also know of some individuals who have "juice" at some casinos who have been afforded the opportunity (courtesy) to purchase roulettes from the tables.
