I am ashamed of myself for not remembering who wanted the dates that the Kits were issued. Anyway here is the response I got from Richard Siri who has a number of them all different:

Mark ...I have 5 different kits . One is very small and has cards and dice and some other stuff . The box is about 8x8x6 and is dated 1965 . Next is a bigger box14x14x10 . It has more items including napkins etc.Its dated 1968 . Next is dated1972 .That box is 6x6x36 and has lots of things including dice and blackjack layouts as well as posters . The next two are dated 1973 and 1976 they also are the long boxes with lots of posters and funny signs etc . They also have dice , cards , cardboard badges , funny money , layouts , and other misc. stuff . I'm beginning to think I have enough of that sort of thing but whenever I get a new one it has something different in it. Richard
