This may be old news to some of you guys but I just returned from Biloxi and was delighted to see that ground has finally been broken for the Hard Rock Casino & Hotel. The location is basically next door to the Beau Rivage, which should be advantious to both properties. The signs say opening in Summer of 2005 but that looks like a lot of wishful thinking to me.
