I think this is an old souvenir sign from Reno. It's not just painted, the mirror has been cut out and backed with colored foil. 14-1/2 x 20-1/2" framed. Woman said her father had it for as long as she can remember....He died several years ago. Any interest? Probably worth a chip or two.
