Rich - you are right about a few things - it's late in the Big East and I'm tired. Maybe I should have waited until Saturday to list it.

Mike Spinetti has decided to stick to what amounts to fiction when he has been told the facts and shown the documentation. I think this is a different situation.

It may appear that there are a couple of dings at 1:30 and missing cross-hatching at 9:00, but there are no dings and 100% of the cross-hatching is intact.

I just went to the vault, put it under my loupe and there isn't a ding in the thing and the cross-hatching is as stated. I can send you or post a very, very large graphic if you'd like to see it.

I usually post a pic of both sides, but i am beat and shortcut my normal process. Both sides are, IMO, perfect.

You are right again no one is perfect and I am going to correct the errors you pointed out before I turn in.

However, if you are trying to draw a parallel between my errors, insignificant by your own admission, and Mike Finnetti's wholesale fictional tale of the World Trade Center chips, you're wasting your breath.

No one is perfect, but continuing to post absolutely false and misleading information regarding a chip in light of the facts, provided by a disinterested third party (the Las Vegas Journal and the Las Vegas Sun), hardly qualifies as an "honest" mistake.

What it does qualify as is stubborn, bull-headed insistence to publish incorect and misleading information to the detriment of chippers everywhere; specific to anyone who buys the chips listed in that fashion as they represent a intentional misrepresentation of a material fact upon which they base their buying decision. That is know in lay circles as a "lie."

I agree Mike is a stand up guy and I have no problem with him per se - just the story he is circulating. It's unsubstantiated and totally false - except the address.

Now people around here like to jump down my throat on this (and other issues) which spurs me to break out the flame thrower. However you (the collective you Rich, not you as an individual) can say whatever you like about me, but it's the facts that you have a quarell with.
