I understand that the $25 chip is not available, due to gaming not approving it yet. So, that's why they are not in play, for sale at the cage or on eBay. There was a short explaination of it posted (by Ed Bigley I think) on the board a short while back, that's how I came to know. My impression was that they WOULD be available very soon.

So, That's what "Not Available Yet" means.

And Yes, they may be on tour around the casino, or on a sabatical in Miami.
