You are going to run into a problem as the label will be above the edge of the chip and wear off very soon.

The centers of the H&C chips are printed and pressed in, when the chips are made, so they are below the rim of the chip.

Some of the plastic chip companys (RTL) make the chips so there is clearance. Because of this, people can make any darn chip they want, with those blanks, using a computer to print a label and slap them onto the chips.

I believe the center printing on Paulson chips is applied at the time the chip is molded, so it's part of the surface of the chip. Take a look at one of the full graphic chips and you'll see it's pressed into the rim design H&Cs.

Mylar labels are thinner than paper labels.
