New 2004 convention update by Jim Steffner page 22 of current Casino Chip and Token News, gives BJ date and time, but only says Poker Tournament is at the Palms as last year. I think last year it was Thurs 7 pm , but would like to confirm this is correct. I'm armchair planning my Vegas trip and activities. Five day's of super fun. Palms is great, and Gene reputation is remarkable. Was playing poker last night in Cripple Creek, this guy was going on and on about the great poker room at the Palms and this guy named Gene was such a super mgr, and they are so busy, they knocked out the Keno room so the poker room can expand.
