Brian - Only 15 minutes after sitting down at the $6-$12 Texas Hold'em table at Grand Casino Biloxi I hit a 3-4-5-6-7 of hearts straight flush. Not a bad pot but it earns me a spinner. When I ask the dealer for one he says, "We're all out." I tell him they always seem to be out and he said they had a bunch earlier in the year. I said, "It is early in the year. Do you mean 2003?" Yup, he meant 2003. So I don't know if the Grand received their 2004 spinners yet. Maybe next time.
