350 GIGABYTES chip storage

Anybody else is using the Western Digital External Hard Drive for chip scans storage? I am using the FireWire/USB 2.0 Combo 7200 RPM. Now I feel safe of not losing my chip scans again. I have had bad experience last year when I was hit by worms and virus which paralyzed my primary hard drive permanently.

I have been working on the scans of all my chips for quite sometimes now and I am encourage to go on with the new technology of versatile, instant storage of simply plug it in and go, fast and smooth, swapplable connect/disconnect without turning off the computer, fits anywhere - compact and stackable design.

Very portable travel companion even without my Dell Inspiron 9100 laptop. With the FireWire/USB 2.0 combo I can plug it in to anybody's computer system with the adaptors.

I sincerely hope that some info and idea can be useful to some of you.

Thank you very much.
