The description in my post is from the eBay seller. When I first saw the auction and picture, I thought famous Flat Iron building, too (it's on Broadway and 23rd Street, NYC, built 1902). I didn't think of the locations when I made this post. (It is stylized on the music sheet -- incorrect number of stories for Flat Iron bldg.)
