I posted this on the club board but thought I would put it here too as there seems to be more trafic.
Does the club have a "club collection"?? If so it could aply for several diferent government grants to build a conservation facility for the items in the collection. I wasted 40 clams on one of those lesco grant books and while it had next to nothing for a private individual there was all kinds of free $$ for non profit outfits and specificly free $$ available (anywhere from 50K to 250K+) for collections conservation. Just curious if anybody has looked into this angle??? If it is posible mabey members should start making donations to create a "club collection"
