When you first posted this, he had a feedback rating of 18. Now he's not a registered user, his feedback is hidden, he's had 7 negs, and his rating is 11. I got curious and pulled up his past auctions:

Looks like he used the cheap stuff to get a feedback rating, then listed a bunch high-priced software with "buy it nows" well below retail, took "pay pal only", and it looks like his sales were about $3700 before the stuff started to hit the fan.
