A few interesting matchbooks

Here are a few matchbooks I picked up on my trip last week to southern Indiana. The Club Trocadero is interesting in that it is listed in the Gaming Table. Also it is signed inside by a Johnie Negial and dated July 25, 1942. Anyone ever hear of this guy?

The Old Kentucky Tavern is also interesting in that there is a Kentucky Tavern located in the same area as the Trocadero. Unfortunately this one appears to be from Louisville but they could be related. Any idea if there was ever gambling at this place?

The 400 Club in Bossier City is also dated Dec 26, 1938. With all of the joints open back in the 1930's in LA/TX I wonder if there was gambling at this place?
