Again - we disagree - I didn't villify anyone. I stated the facts. Could the tone be better, yes but when I start catching flak, I send some back.

Mark Freitag - I stated facts. Mark seems to be a good guy by all accounts
Doug Boyd - as soon as he returns the excessive shipping charges

I met a lot of law professors and can tell you I never met one I couldn't beat in a courthouse. Most can't even find the courthouse. I whipped some big, bad law firms because I spoke my mind and they thought they could shut me down (or up), but they had a tiger by the tail once they started up with litigation. So guys I consider less than honest don't scare me one bit and I will continue to call 'em as I see 'em.
